LOTACHI is an early-stage marketplace connecting people who want to become models for training, demonstrations and portfolio work with the providers who need them.

A Chi Chi is what we call anyone in the LOTACHI community looking for a model opportunity — you're a Chi Chi from the moment you join, even before you're matched to anything. You become the model for a specific opportunity once you're matched or booked.

A model opportunity is a supervised practical session, assessment, demonstration, portfolio shoot or piece of newly-qualified-practitioner practice run by a training provider — often for free or at a reduced price. Not every opportunity is training-based, so we use "model opportunity" as the umbrella term.

Yes, joining the early-access waitlist is free for models.

No. Some opportunities are free, others are discounted or priced at a 'model rate'. Pricing is set by each individual provider.

Yes. You can select the categories you're interested in when you join, and we'll aim to only send you relevant opportunities where possible.

Only the information relevant to a specific opportunity you express interest in. We don't share your details with providers you haven't engaged with.

The provider decides suitability for their specific opportunity. LOTACHI does not make clinical suitability decisions, and doesn't infer suitability from photos or appearance alone.

Only where a listing says so, and only with your separate agreement — that's different from agreeing to the treatment. A listing will say what any photos or video are for and whether your face would be identifiable.

Once bookings exist, the provider's own written aftercare will be attached to your booking and stay accessible afterwards, along with a clear way to contact them if you have a concern.

We don't ask detailed suitability or treatment questions at sign-up. If a particular opportunity needs information such as hair characteristics, photos or provider-defined screening, we'll ask only when it's relevant.

No. During the pilot, if an opportunity has a price, you pay the provider directly — LOTACHI doesn't take payment for treatments.

No. LOTACHI is focused on helping you find and reach suitable models — not on replacing your booking or practice-management system.

Yes. Many providers may find LOTACHI most useful for the sessions that are hardest to fill through their existing channels.

Yes — you'll be able to set requirements for a given opportunity, and LOTACHI will show these where relevant.

Yes — you'll be able to state characteristics a session is specifically seeking or equipped to work with, so the right people can see it's a fit before applying.

You'll set out what any photos or video are for and ask for that consent separately from the treatment itself. Once bookings exist, you'll attach your own written aftercare and contact details — LOTACHI doesn't generate this content on your behalf.

Building a pool of returning models is part of the direction we're exploring for providers.

No subscription and no set-up cost. During the pilot you tell us what you need, we recruit and match Chi Chis for you, and a successful-fill fee applies only once a LOTACHI-recruited Chi Chi has attended and you've confirmed it. The fee is set out in a short pilot agreement with you before we start, and may differ for standard and urgent or hard-to-fill requirements. Chi Chis pay you directly for any priced opportunity — LOTACHI doesn't handle treatment payments during the pilot. Pilot places are limited, and pricing for the wider platform will be set separately, based on what we learn.
